Dealer, Selebgram Donna Fabiola Intends to Distribute Cocaine at DWP

Shocking news comes from the social media world after the Indonesian National Police's Criminal Investigation Agency officially named selebgram Donna Fabiola as a suspect in an international narcotics distribution case. Donna Fabiola was secured by the police along with 17 other suspects in a major operation targeting the distribution of illegal goods in Bali.

Donna Fabiola's role in this case is considered very crucial, where she is strongly suspected of acting as a dealer distributing narcotics such as cocaine and MDMA. Unfortunately, the drugs were deliberately prepared to be distributed during a series of major music festival events, the Djakarta Warehouse Project (DWP) 2025. The festival is known to have taken place from December 12 to 14, 2025, at the Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) Culture Park in Bali.

The Director of Narcotics Crime at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency, Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso, explained that this disclosure is the result of the hard work of the Narcotics Crime Directorate of the National Police in synergy with the Bali Nusra Customs and Excise Office. Initial information regarding the illicit trade of cocaine on the Island of the Gods had actually been received by the police since Thursday afternoon in mid-December.

"The Sub-Directorate IV of the Narcotics Crime Directorate of the National Police received information about a transaction involving cocaine and MDMA in Bali. This information was immediately followed up with an in-depth investigation and undercover buy method," said Eko Hadi.

During the investigation process, the police used an undercover method to communicate directly with Donna via the WhatsApp messaging application to arrange a transaction meeting. Donna agreed to deliver three packages of cocaine at a price of IDR 4 million per gram at a popular café named The Forge in the Petitenget area.

During the first transaction, Donna displayed a rather bold attitude by asking the officer to check the quality of the goods. "In the initial transaction, the suspect Donna handed over narcotics to the undercover officer, even asking for the goods to be checked first in the cafe's bathroom before payment was made," Eko revealed.

Not stopping there, the officers lured the suspect again by ordering an additional package of cocaine and MDMA worth a total of Rp26 million on the same day. This second transaction then became the entry point for the police to make an immediate arrest of Donna in the cafe's parking area.

Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso emphasized that the entire series of actions was carried out before the DWP event began as a preventive measure. "So just before the event (DWP) was held. The actions we took were not in the area during the DWP event," he stated.

A thorough investigation revealed the fact that the narcotics circulated by Donna came from her own husband, whose initials are Tigran. This distribution network is also known to involve a foreign national from Europe who supplies the illegal goods using the "sticker" method at several points in the Canggu and Umalas areas. Currently, the police are still pursuing other parties involved in this distribution chain."According to Ms. Donna's statement, she received cocaine for the first transaction from Mr. Tigran," she added.
