Deciding to Stop from the Entertainment World, Dea Ananda Confesses Having Experienced Depression

"Actually, I decided to take a break from FTV or soap operas in 2019. Suddenly, I just wanted to relax," Dea said.

Even after getting married, what's on my mind is, 'I can't stop working because I'm still a wife.' Then suddenly, there was a moment where I felt like, oh, I want to relax, I want to enjoy life," she recalled.

Although so far very far from controversy and negative news, it turns out that Dea also experienced difficult times in her life. At one moment, the woman who has not been blessed with a child even felt depressed.

"I used to feel a little down, depressed. So actually, the incidents happened consecutively. At that time, my closest manager passed away. Then there were several incidents that made me feel even more down. There were many things that made me a little sad, and then I finally thought, maybe this is the time for me to find what I really want and what I want to pursue in my life," she continued.

2. Dea Ananda's Current Busyness

Currently, Dea fills her days with various sports. In addition, there is another positive thing that she obtained after leaving the entertainment world, namely quality time with her husband.
