In addition to consuming marijuana coffee, Ojan also admitted to consuming psychotropic substances recently at his home. Ojan has also been designated as a suspect.
"The suspect admitted to last consuming coffee containing marijuana on Sunday, March 6, 2022 at a cafe in the Summarecon Bekasi area," said Zulpan at the West Jakarta Metro Police Station on Friday (18/3).

After being designated as a suspect, Ojan was charged under Article 127 Paragraph 1 of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics and Article 62 of Law Number 5 of 1997 concerning Psychotropic Substances. Without hesitation, Ojan faces a 5-year prison sentence.
"A 5-year prison sentence is the punishment," said Zulpan.
In addition, Zulpan explained that the determination of Ojan as a suspect refers to the evidence and the results of the urine test.
Among the evidence found were 0.20 grams of marijuana seeds claimed to be found in Ojan's car carpet, 5 1/2 Xanax pills, 1/2 Dumolid pill, 1 Calmet Aprazolam pill, 1 Lavol capsule, and 1 pack of paper.
Meanwhile, Ojan tested positive for THC or marijuana and benzo in the urine test.
"The suspect has been consuming marijuana since 2010 and has also consumed the drug called sabu from 2014 to 2019," he said.
