Irwansyah Clarifies Allegations of Alleged Embezzlement of Company Funds by Medina Zein
Irwansyah explained that the company is not solely owned by Medina Zein, but there are 6 shareholders.
Kapanlagi.com - The feud between Medina Zein and her business partners, Irwansyah and Laudya Cynthia Bella, continues. After Irwansyah wrote an open letter, Bella did the same to explain the issue between them and Medina.
Medina responded to the open letter through a post on Instagram. In a video uploaded by the account @makrumpita, Sarah Azhari's sister-in-law explained her issues with Bella and Irwan.
"I need to respond to the open letter from Mr. IR and LCB. Regarding what Ms. LCB claimed about the RUPS in December 2017, I emphasize that it was not a RUPS. Because a RUPS must have an official written invitation at least 14 days before the meeting and the agenda must be clear. And that never happened and I never received it," she said.
Medina reiterated that she only requested an audit of their company. She wonders why both Irwansyah and Bella refuse to conduct an audit if they believe they are right.
"Until now, I have submitted several requests for an audit to be conducted by an independent accounting firm, but it has never been implemented. So it's strange, why be afraid if there's nothing wrong?"

Medina's case with the shareholders of their company has entered the investigation phase by the police. For Medina, this is evidence that the case she reported is not a trivial matter.
"Many people ask why there are many shareholders, but only Medina reported? Guys, there are already 3 shareholders who have become suspects, including Mr. IR, and my report has reached the investigation stage. It means the police are taking it seriously. As for Ms. LCB not reporting and supporting, let it be her right. Let's just be patient and wait for the final results."

Finally, Medina asks LCB to be cooperative in responding to the police summons. Because the summons from the authorities has never been obeyed by Engku Emran's wife since before the corona virus hit Indonesia and everyone was asked to stay at home.
"It is true that sister LCB should prioritize manners, ethics, and politeness in communication. That's why as a good citizen, if family methods cannot find a solution, then legal steps are the appropriate way to take. It would be better if sister LCB provides a statement at the police station because she has been absent several times even before the existence of COVID-19." he concluded.
Will there be any further response from Irwansyah or Bella? As of this news release, KapanLagi.com is still trying to contact the three parties involved for further information.
