Kapanlagi.com - After remaining silent for quite some time, Irwansyah finally speaks up about the allegations of embezzlement by Medina Zein. Through his personal Instagram, Zaskia Sungkar's husband revealed what actually happened to his business.
From the clarification written by Irwansyah on his Instagram, his company named PT Bandung Makuta, which was founded on January 26, 2017, is jointly owned by 6 people.
They are Laudya Chintya Bella, Irwansyah, Hafiz Khairul Rijal, Medina Zein, Zaskia Sungkar, and Fitra Olid Joanda, each of whom has their own share value.
Among the six shareholders, Laudya Chintya Bella has the highest ownership with a 30% share, while Irwansyah, Medina Zein, and Khairul Rijal each own 20%. The remaining 10% is divided into two, with 9% owned by Zaskia Sungkar and 1% owned by Fitra Olid Joanda.
In the press release, Irwansyah explained that PT Bandung Makuta is not owned by Medina Zein alone, but by the 6 individuals mentioned. He also explained where the Rp1.9 billion went.Â
"With the above composition. It is not true to assume that PT Bandung Bandung Berkah Bersama or (Bandung Makuta) is solely owned by Medina Zein. This is a joint ownership company. Medina Zein is one of the shareholders among the 6 shareholders,"Â wrote Irwansyah.
Previously, Medina Zein reported Irwansyah to the Bandung Police for alleged embezzlement of funds in their joint business. Currently, the case has escalated to the investigation status.Â
Irwansyah, Laudya Chintya Bella, and his wife Zaskia Sungkar have also received summons from the Bandung Police. However, he still cannot attend due to several unavoidable reasons, and there is also a government advisory regarding the ongoing corona pandemic in Indonesia.Â
