Denise Chariesta's Story About Her Child's Father: Even Animals Look for Their Young

Kapanlagi.com - It has been a year since Denise Chariesta welcomed the birth of her son, Jaden Bowen, into her life. However, the man identified as JK, who has been referred to as Jaden's father, has not shown any intention or responsibility to be present in his child's life. Denise is now firmly embracing her role as a single mother and has decided to move on without expecting a father's role for her son.

“A father never abandons his child. Even animals look for their young,” Denise said when met in the Kemang Timur area, South Jakarta, on Monday (11/11/2024).

Denise revealed that throughout this year, JK has never once inquired about their child's well-being. Denise feels that such indifference is very painful for a mother who is struggling alone.

“He never even asks about his child,” Denise stated.

1. Had Time to Contact His Father

Her ex-boyfriend, according to Denise, not only never visited but also never provided any financial support or facilities for Jaden's needs. Denise had tried to contact JK, but without success.

"The last time I contacted his father was when I was going through bankruptcy. I didn't have a car, and I wanted to take Jaden for his vaccination," she recalled.

2. Contact to Borrow a Car

Denise felt desperate when she didn't have a vehicle to take Jaden to the vaccination site. However, the person she contacted, according to Denise, did not respond.

“I couldn't take a GoCar because Jaden is still newborn. I was afraid to take him on public transport. I wanted to borrow a car, but there was no reply, and I wasn't given one,” she continued.

3. Take the Positive Side

From there, Denise finally decided not to hope for JK anymore. However, there is a hidden blessing behind all that struggle. Denise saw the positive side of her difficulties and made it a motivation to keep fighting for her child.

“Maybe because of that, I was able to buy a car. Just grateful, life just has to be lived,” she said with full resilience.

4. Jaden Becomes the Greatest Strength

In Denise's view, Jaden is a great strength in her life. The presence of her son gives her new strength to keep trying.

"Yes, thank you too, if it weren't for his father, there wouldn't be Jaden. Even though he doesn't provide any financial support to Jaden's mother, it's okay," Denise expressed.

5. Praise the Child

Although she has to struggle alone, Denise considers Jaden's presence as an invaluable blessing. According to her, all the challenges she has faced so far are not comparable to the happiness that Jaden brings into her life.

“Jaden is a child full of blessings. Maybe from that, it could also be my fortune,” concluded Denise.
