Denise Clarista Wants Her Child to No Longer Be Bullied - Wants to Start a New Life Full of Love

She, who wants to take care of her child with love and doesn't want her child's mental health to be disturbed, pleads with netizens to stop insulting her child.

"I want to start a new life with baby DC. So baby DC is said to have no father. I want to apologize from the bottom of my heart. My past mistakes," said Denise Chariesta at a hospital in the Antasari area, South Jakarta, on Monday (11/13/2023).

"Give me a chance with my child, don't insult my child, he is not guilty. I want to become a new Denise, and I believe everyone deserves a second chance," she added.

Denise said that before she was pregnant and had a child, she was a carefree person. She didn't care about other people's insults towards her. But now, she cannot bear it when her child has to endure the burden of insults because of her actions.

"I used to think I was a superwoman. But after becoming a mother, getting pregnant, it turns out I'm a normal human being. I can also feel sad when my child is called names. The saddest moment was when netizens cursed my child as disabled. There were so many of them, not just one or two people cursing. It was really cruel," she said.

Denise admits that her actions of getting pregnant outside of marriage were wrong. However, she hopes that her child will not be blamed for her actions.

"Yes, it was my fault. I didn't want my child to be born without a husband, to get pregnant without a husband, I didn't want that, I'm not proud of it. But this is the only way I can survive. Should I hide in my room, feeling down?

"I have to earn money. I want to raise this child successfully, raise them on my own. I can't rely on the father, I have to rely on myself. So I have to strengthen myself. That's why if you say I'm proud, actually I'm not proud. I have to be like this, I have to be strong. If I'm not strong, how will my child be?" she concluded.
