His presence at the Ministry of Social Affairs office was to fulfill the invitation of the Minister of Social Affairs, Saifullah Yusuf, regarding the turmoil of Agus Salim's donation. The father of one child was also summoned because he was the initiator of the donation for Agus.
When asked by the media after fulfilling the summons from the Ministry of Social Affairs, Densu, his nickname, stated that the situation was no longer conducive so he needed assistance from the minister.

"I think this is no longer conducive. So I ask for permission to come closer because I have a role and responsibility to maintain our unity in the pursuit of the common good. And that was well received by the minister," he said.
Not coming alone, Denny Sumargo was also accompanied by businessman and politician Jusuf Hamka.

"The minister is facilitating those interests, and it is highly likely that the Ministry of Social Affairs will mediate, calling several parties including Agus to guide Agus so that he is willing to be directed. The point is that this is for Agus's benefit," Densu continued.
However, it is not only Denny Sumargo who has been called to the Ministry of Social Affairs; Pratiwi Noviyanthi, also known as Teh Novi, as the owner of the Humanitarian Care Foundation, will also be asked for clarification. Furthermore, the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia will also summon Agus Salim to provide the same clarification.

After that, the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia will seek a solution regarding the donation amounting to IDR 1.5 billion, which is the main issue. Olivia Allan's husband also revealed that the donors plan to sue for the donation money.
"There has already been a discourse that this money is being sued by the donors, and there is a possibility that one of them could end up in prison. I have already conveyed this to the minister. There is a possibility, and that is what I do not want," he concluded.
