"I spent 35 billion at the gambling table too. I brought Hermes to Indonesia, had money again, then spent it all at the gambling table," Denny recounted.
He shared that his youth was very rebellious, even gambling abroad and going to casinos. "Gambling abroad. I was really rebellious, sir. I gambled in all kinds of casinos when I was still 20," he said. "Usually, if a guy runs out of money, it's because of girls, but for me, it's because of gambling," Denny explained.
Denny admitted that his gambling habit was difficult to stop because he gambled out of boredom as well. "When people start gambling, they usually keep playing. Even if they lose, they stop for a moment. But when they have money again, they play again," he said.
After realizing that gambling had drained a lot of his money, Denny ended up trapped in a poor financial condition. He kept looking for more capital, until he received an offer to act in a film. That's where his career in the entertainment industry began.
"In my 30s, I was offered a role in a film. That's when I jumped into the film industry. My first film was 5 CM. Initially, I didn't plan to go there because I said I didn't want to," Denny concluded.
