The owner, whose real name is Harabdu Tohar, further stated that selling his house is true. But he emphasized that it is not because of being burdened with online loan debt.
"Selling the house is true, it has been planned for a long time. But it's not because of being trapped by online loans," he explained.
2. Selling the House Due to Lack of Jobs
This 44-year-old man intends to sell his house because he is currently experiencing a lack of job opportunities. Meanwhile, his household expenses are not proportional to his income.
"To have a cash flow and avoid deficits. Two cars have been sold, the Mercedes and the Pajero, which were quite valuable. So, let's just sell this house, find a smaller one, and save the rest," he said.
Until now, Bedu admitted that his house has not been sold yet.
"There have been offers, but none of them have matched the price because the size of the house is quite spacious, and the price is above the market," he explained.
