Desiree Tarigan Denies Hotma Sitompul's Statement that She Left the House

Kapanlagi.com - The household turmoil between famous lawyer Hotma Sitompul and Desiree Tarigan is currently the talk of the town. It all started last Friday (26/3/2021) when Desi, along with her two children and legal team, visited his house to request permission to enter after being abruptly expelled a month ago.

In a written statement circulating among the media, Hotma's advisor stated that Desi was the one who left the house on February 7 and since then they have had no communication. Desi has denied this.

"No, I was expelled on February 7. (Before that) there was nothing, nothing happened from morning until evening. At night, I was called by his staff. He said, 'I don't want to see you anymore, just leave with your belongings'. So I went back to my mother's house," Desi explained during a press conference at her residence in the Cipete area on Monday (29/3/2021).

1. Asked to Bring Belongings

Not only did Hotma Sitompul's legal advisor say that Desiree left their house, but he also stated that the mother of two left with her belongings. However, according to Desi, it was Hotma who asked her to do so. In fact, a few days later, he asked his son named Pria to retrieve his wife's belongings.

"I said I needed time (to bring my belongings), he said 'No, take your belongings now.' So he told me to bring my belongings," said the mother of Bams Samsons firmly.

2. Restricted by a Wall

Not only did Hotma Sitompul evict Desiree Tarigan, a few days later he closed off the access between their shared house and Desi's parents' house, which is located next to each other. The separation was in the form of a sheet of zinc that was then covered with a permanent wall.

"He said he didn't want to see me anymore, that's why he built the fence like that. He said 'If you leave, I don't want to see you anymore,'" Desiree explained.
