Kapanlagi.com - The marriage of Bams, former vocalist of Samson, with his wife, Mikhavita Wijaya, is now on the verge of collapse. Apparently, his wife is alleged to be involved in an affair with Hotma Sitompul, who is Bams' stepfather.
Regarding this matter, Mikhavita Wijaya's lawyer, Philipus Sitepu, when contacted by phone on Saturday (27/3), denied the allegations. He stated that it was not because of the news about the forbidden love affair that caused the downfall of his client's marriage with Bams.
"Bams and Mikha have had problems since last year and at the end of the year they have discussed and talked about their problems. So it's not because of cheating with Mr. Hotma," Philipus Sitepu explained.
Philipus explained that the reason for the breakdown of Mikhavita's marriage was not because of an affair with Hotma, but because they had already found no compatibility. Not only that, when asked about the divorce process between Bams and his client, Philipus Sitepu revealed that Mikhavita and her husband are currently undergoing mediation regarding their marriage.
"They have been fighting and not getting along for years. So far, the information we have received indicates that the rumors about a third party with Mr. Hotma are not true," he said.
Furthermore, Mikha's lawyer does not deny that he and Bams are currently working towards a reconciliation. So, is there a possibility that they will cancel their separation?
"Until today, it is still under discussion whether they have plans or are still in the process of reconciliation. What is certain is that if they do separate, it is not because of the issue of Mr. Hotma's relationship with Mikha. So far, no lawsuit has been filed in court," he concluded.
