This was confirmed by Pahrurrozi, who is the Clerk of the Central Jakarta Religious Court. The lawsuit was registered through e-court with case number 554/Pdt.G/2021/PA.JP.
"The plaintiff is Thalita Anne Marie. It was registered on March 22, via e-court," said Pahrurrozi when contacted by the media on Saturday (27/3).
Apparently, the lawsuit was not registered independently, Thalita empowered Diego Maradona Tampubolon to handle the registration of their divorce. Furthermore, Pahrurrozi refused to discuss the reasons that led to the end of their 10-year marriage.
Their marriage was known to have taken place on October 9, 2011, and they already have one child. In the lawsuit filed by Thalita's legal representative, Diego Maradona Tampubolon, there is a request for child custody by Thalita Latief.
"Divorce lawsuit and child custody lawsuit," said Pahrurrozi, who is the Clerk of the Central Jakarta Religious Court, when contacted by the media on Saturday (27/3).
Their divorce hearing is scheduled to take place on April 1, 2021, with a mediation agenda. Until now, both Thalita and Dennis have not made any statements regarding this divorce.
