Covering Up All of Hotma Sitompul's Behavior, Desiree Tarigan: To Protect His Reputation

Speaking to the media, the woman who is the mother of musician Bams Samson admitted that she didn't know the reason behind her treatment.

All this time, Desiree enjoyed being at home and cooking in her beloved kitchen. Socializing activities were mostly done through Instagram by sharing something positive and beneficial.

"I am a woman who stays at home every day. I can say that I'm at home 24 hours a day, never going anywhere. I try to be a wife demanded by my husband. I never have any business. Socializing is also only on Instagram. I always share things that are positive with my friends. I never share anything useless," said Desiree when met in the Cipete area, South Jakarta, on Friday (26/3/2021).

The household issues between Hotma Sitompul and Desiree Tarigan have certainly shocked many parties. Because until now, the couple seemed peaceful. However, that is what Desiree wants to portray.

"So if you say surprised, everyone will definitely be surprised. Because until now, I have been covering up. Whatever shortcomings my husband has, we must cover them," said the woman with shoulder-length short hair firmly.

2. Covering Up for Decades

Furthermore, Desiree Tarigan stated that she has been covering up whatever Hotma Sitompul has been doing. She does this because it is her duty as a wife, even though for the past eight years Hotma has been cold towards her.

"Maybe you all see that we have been harmonious all this time. I have been protecting it for twenty years. I have done everything to protect his name. As a wife, we must protect whatever our husband does, and I cover it up, I hide it, I protect it. I will defend whatever it is. But lately, it has started to affect our children. If it's me who is being oppressed, it's fine, but it's already affecting my children," said Desiree.
