Officially Divorced, Ririe Fairus Does Not Demand Joint Assets and Child Support from Ayus Sabyan

Kapanlagi.com - The marriage of Sabyan Gambus keyboardist, Ahmad Fairus alias Ayus, who has been married to Eri Fitriyah alias Ririe since October 2012 and has been blessed with two children, has come to an end.

Ayus and Ririe officially divorced after the North Jakarta Religious Court granted Ririe's divorce petition on Wednesday (24/3/2021). For child custody, the North Jakarta Religious Court awarded it to Ririe as the mother. "(Child custody) is with me," said Ririe Fairus.

1. Not Demanding Alimony

Ririe said her divorce with Ayus went well. Therefore, she does not demand any marital property or child support after the divorce.

"No (other claims), because we separated amicably. There is no claim for marital property. (No demand for child custody either) No, the main thing is we want everything to be fine," she said.

2. Decided in Absentia

The divorce hearing between Ayus and Ririe was decided in absentia by the Panel of Judges. The reason is Ayus' absence since the beginning of the hearing until today's verdict.

Without Ayus' presence, the Panel of Judges granted Ririe's divorce petition more quickly. They both agreed to separate and not make an issue of property or child custody.
