Desta Admits Lack of Sleep when Winning against Rezky Aditya and Tanta Ginting

Kapanlagi.com - Deddy Mahendra Desta, who partnered with Raffi Ahmad in the Indonesian Celebrity Sports Tournament in the Tennis branch, successfully defeated the pair of Rezky Aditya and Tanta Ginting. However, Desta's condition was not 100 percent fit during the match.

The father of three admitted that recently he has been busy with various jobs. Therefore, during the match, his condition was not at its best due to lack of rest.

"I only sleep for 2-3 hours a day, this is something I need to improve in the future," said Desta after the match at GOR UNJ, East Jakarta, Sunday (30/7/2023).

1. Diligent in Taking Vitamins

Nevertheless, Desta still takes care of his body by diligently taking vitamins. This is to prevent his body from easily getting sick even if he lacks rest.

"Just normal vitamin intake," he said.

Tennis itself, according to Desta, is a sport that he has been pursuing since he was young. In fact, he also engages in various other sports besides tennis.

"I just have a hobby of playing tennis since I was young, my parents taught me tennis, but I can almost master any sport," he said.

2. Can Encourage Interest

"There are balls, table tennis, basketball, football, maybe since I was young, my parents taught me, so I really enjoy sports, that's the point," Desta continued.

As one of the pioneers of sports among artists in Indonesia, Desta hopes to encourage people's interest in living a healthy lifestyle through sports.

"I'm happy to be part of the movement of digital creators and television enthusiasts to create events like this, I think it's good for athletes and the Indonesian people," he concluded.
