Dinda Hauw Not Good at Cooking, Rey Mbayang: She's Trying to Be a Good Wife and That's Already Alhamdulillah

Kapanlagi.com - Actress Dinda Hauw has married Rey Mbayang through the taaruf process on July 10. On the first day of being officially husband and wife, Dinda was criticized by netizens for being revealed as not being good at cooking.

Two months have passed and Dinda admits that her cooking skills have not significantly improved. However, as a husband, Rey doesn't make a big deal out of it. He just doesn't want to be selfish so that his wife can become good at cooking.

"I don't tell her what to do, I know she's busy, so as a husband, I don't want to be selfish because we know the situation. But as a wife, she's already the best. Yesterday, she tried to prepare breakfast. I see a change in Dinda to become a good wife," said Rey, when met in the Kapten Tendean area, South Jakarta, on Thursday (10/9/2020).

1. Rarely Cooking

Dinda Hauw herself doesn't mind the fact that she is not skilled in cooking. According to her, everyone has to go through a process.

"Well, if it's just frying eggs, I can do it hahaha. Because even when I'm at home, I rarely cook. If I have free time, maybe I'll learn from my mom," said Dinda when met in the same place.

2. Seeing the Positive Side

Furthermore, instead of netizens fussing over his wife's lack of cooking skills, Rey Mbayang asked them to look at the positive side. Because it's certain that people don't know his wife as well as he does.

"I never demand her (to cook) because I see that she's trying to be a good wife, that's already enough. Because in my opinion, her one flaw is covered by her kindness. People say 'What kind of wife do you want if she can't cook'. In my opinion, her younger days were used to work from morning to morning for the family. That's much more honorable, in my opinion," concluded Rey.
