Divorce Decision on February 1st, Irish Bella Optimistic that Her Lawsuit will be Granted by the Depok Religious Court

Kapanlagi.com - Irish Bella's legal representative, Nurul Amalia, is optimistic that her client's divorce lawsuit against Ammar Zoni will be accepted by the Depok Religious Court on February 1, 2024.

Nurul revealed that efforts to prove the allegations, including three witnesses presented during the trial, have been done to the maximum extent.

"Well, hopefully, insha Allah. We have put in extraordinary efforts to prove the allegations, including presenting our evidence to the fullest," said Nurul after the trial at the Depok Religious Court, Thursday (1/18/2024).

1. Irish Brings 3 Witnesses

In the trial, Irish Bella as the plaintiff brought three witnesses considered sufficient to prove her allegations. Nurul said that the defendant only presented written evidence without witnesses to refute her allegations.

"If we have proven the allegations with written evidence and witnesses, but the defendant only presents written evidence, there are no witnesses to refute the allegations," said Nurul.

2. Final Trial

Nurul said that the divorce trial of Irish Bella and Ammar Zoni has entered its final stage, leaving only two opportunities with the agenda of reading conclusions and announcing the court's decision.

"The decision will be determined on February 1. The conclusion is set for January 25 and the decision will be announced on February 1," he said.

Irish Bella filed for divorce from Ammar Zoni on November 6, 2023, with case number 3153/Pdt.G/2023/PA Depok. The first divorce hearing was held on November 16, 2023.
