Legal Counsel Speaks Out Regarding Allegations of Catherine Wilson Not Receiving Alimony

Kapanlagi.com - Catherine Wilson filed for divorce against her husband, Idham Mase, at the Religious Court of Depok, West Java with case number 32/Pdt.G/2024/PA DPK. It is reported that Catherine Wilson filed for divorce because she was not given alimony by Idham Mase.

When asked for comment on the matter, Dody Hariyanto, Catherine Wilson's legal counsel, stated that it is part of the case material that cannot be disclosed to the public.

"Well, if I were to say whether alimony was given or not, it is still a confidentiality within the material of the case. If I disclose this, it means that as a lawyer, I am revealing too much of the legal events between the two of them," said Dody Hariyanto at the Religious Court of Depok, West Java, on Wednesday (10/1/2024).

"So, if the question is whether alimony was given? Yes, if alimony was given, it may still be given, but the value may be slightly reduced. That is the information from my client," he added.

1. Rejecting to Reveal Lawsuit Details

Dody Hariyanto also refused to disclose the details of Catherine Wilson's lawsuit at the Depok Religious Court, West Java. He suggested asking Catherine Wilson directly about it.

"Maybe it can be asked later to Mrs. Catherine directly during the second trial. She might reveal it, nobody knows," he said.

2. Just Wanting a Divorce

Dody explained that Catherine Wilson only wants to divorce Idham Mase without demanding any property claims.

"Her main goals are to file for a peaceful separation. Second, to avoid any disputes between the plaintiff and the defendant," he said.

"Third, the household is no longer sustainable according to Catherine as the plaintiff because the house is already separated by an island," he concluded.
