Divorce from Olla Ramlan, Aufar Hutapea Obligated to Provide for Children 40 Million Rupiah

In the verdict, Olla Ramlan was granted custody of the children. Not only that, Aufar Hutapea is also obliged to provide for both of his children.

"The maintenance for the two children is Rp 40 million, and for mut'ah has also been granted according to the lawsuit and maintenance during the iddah period," said Taslimah, the spokesperson of the South Jakarta Court, in her office, Monday (6/6/2022)

1. The Required Maintenance

"For maintenance during the iddah period, it is 60 million. For mut'ah, it is 40 million," said Taslimah.

2. No Joint Property

Furthermore, in the decision there is no claim regarding joint property filed by Olla Ramlan or Aufar Hutapea.

"There is no (joint property) mentioned, only divorce and custody of children, as well as child maintenance costs due to divorce," said Taslimah.

3. Can File an Appeal

However, Aufar Hutapea's party is still given the opportunity to file an appeal against the court's decision for the next 14 days.

"So there is a period since the decision was read that the plaintiff or defendant can accept or not for the next 14 days," concluded Taslimah.

4. Olla Ramlan Files for Divorce

For information, Olla Ramlan filed for divorce against Aufar Hutapea on March 23, 2022. Olla registered her divorce suit with the South Jakarta Religious Court through ecourt or online after living in a marital relationship for ten years.

In addition to filing for divorce, Olla Ramlan also filed for custody of their children. The divorce suit was registered at the South Jakarta Religious Court on March 23, 2022 with case number 1316/Pdt.g/2022/PA.JS.
