Divorce Lawsuit After Suspecting Wife's Infidelity, Sexy Goath Shocked

Kapanlagi.com - The marriage of rapper Reinaldo Martin Diyo, or better known as Sexy Goath, and his wife, Juliette Angela, is now on the rocks. Juliette Angela has filed for divorce against Reinaldo Martin at the South Jakarta District Court.

Reinaldo Martin admitted to being shocked by the divorce lawsuit. What made him even more surprised was that the divorce lawsuit was filed shortly after allegations of Juliette Angela's infidelity with another man emerged.

"First of all, I was shocked by this lawsuit because the timing coincided with that issue. Then why am I the one being sued in this position," said Reinaldo Martin at the South Jakarta District Court on Monday (1/7/2024).

1. Considered Irresponsible

Reinaldo Martin's legal counsel, Deddy DJ, revealed that there are three points that prompted Juliette Angela to file for divorce against his client. One of them is the accusation that Reinaldo Martin is irresponsible.

"There are three main points. Bang Martin is considered irresponsible, even though if we trace it back, he spoke up because his wife went away with another man. He spoke up, which means taking responsibility. It's impossible for him to speak up and make it such a big issue like this," said Deddy DJ.

"His responsibility as a husband is why it has come to this point, why did he have to go with someone else? Why did he say he went with person C when in fact it was person A? That is a form of responsibility from Bang Martin towards JeLo, and it has been proven," he continued.

Meanwhile, in a separate occasion, Juliette Angela's legal counsel, La Radi Eno, refused to disclose the reasons why his client filed for divorce against Reinaldo Martin.

"Please be patient, because this is only the first hearing," he said.

2. Fight for Child Custody

However, La Radi Eno conveyed one of the divorce claims filed by Juliette Angela. One of them is the request for child custody.

"We have conveyed that we will follow the stages of this trial, so just follow it. We are fighting for child custody," he said.

The first divorce hearing of Reinaldo Martin and Juliette Angela has just been held at the South Jakarta District Court. However, the mediation agenda for this hearing had to be postponed because Juliette Angela, the plaintiff, did not attend the trial.

"Then on July 10th, we will continue with mediation. Earlier, we informed the court that we apologize for the absence of our client due to a lack of vitality in her health condition, and there is no problem because we have been given power of attorney," he concluded.
