Divorce Lawsuit, Henny Mona Reveals Rio Reifan's Sweet Promises During His Detention

Until now, Henny admitted that she couldn't contact Rio at all. Besides being surprised, of course, she also felt very angry and disappointed with her husband's behavior. Henny then revealed Rio's sweet promises when he was still undergoing rehabilitation at RSKO some time ago.

"I am just an ordinary human being, as a wife, you know my media journey from dating to marriage, until (Rio) was caught again. Even then, Rio told me to give him a chance, begged and cried, he said, 'I am sure everything will be fine, I believe in that. I can only pray to Allah every day. I want my wife to accept me as I am'. I don't know, only time will tell," said Henny when met in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, Monday (6/7/2020).

Despite being upset, Henny continues to try to contact Rio to discuss this issue in a familial manner. Of course, she is also curious about the reasons behind Rio's decision to file for divorce.

"I'm angry because you asked for a chance, you begged, you spoke sweetly, you dreamed, and everything else. Even at RSKO, Rio said, 'If I don't have you, I'd rather die. I can't live without you. If I die in prison, I am ready, as long as you don't die before me because I'm not ready to live without you'," she reminisced.

"I felt like I was being deceived. Why did you treat me like this? I accepted it, but I told Rio that everything is not as easy as flipping your hand because my feelings are not to be bought and sold," Henny added.

2. Feeling Something Strange

During Rio's sentence, Henny claimed that she had never done anything negative or violated any rules. That's why she felt suspicious when Rio decided to sue for divorce.

"Whether I'm at fault or not, a household issue is normal for me. Moreover, the fatal mistake was made by Rio, not me. Besides, outside of that, I update my status on IG and WA so that people don't have negative thoughts about me and they know about my activities, hopefully positively. But why does it turn out like this? It's strange to me," concluded Henny.
