"Of course, I am ready to go through this process. This is a mutual decision, not one-sided for divorce," said Ririn Dwi Ariyanti at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Thursday (10/2).

"I have consulted with my lawyer for a long time about this. Of course, if I decide to separate from Aldi, I am ready mentally, physically, and spiritually. We are human beings, so please pray for us," added Ririn.

After divorcing Aldi Bragi, Ririn Dwi Ariyanti lives with her three children, Siti Alana Kalyani, Siti Alecia Kaira, and Ramy Alfie Utomo. Regarding child support, Ririn admits that it has become her responsibility as a parent.

"It's between me and Aldi in the future, it's just the responsibility as a parent," said Ririn.

In the same opportunity, Ririn's lawyer, Riri Purbasari, explained that from a legal perspective, a father is obligated to provide child support.

"But legally, the father has that obligation. He must provide support for the child, protection, care, it must be given through Ririn. Because Ririn is the one who has custody of the child. So Aldi must also fulfill that obligation," said Riri.

"Alhamdulillah, all the divorce process is finished, officially divorced, thank God. It means we will go on with our own lives with Aldi," said Ririn Dwi Ariyanti at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (10/2).

4. Child Custody

What makes me even more grateful is that based on the judge's decision, the custody of the children is given to Ririn Dwi Ariyanti. However, Ririn does not restrict Aldi Bragi from meeting their children.

"Alhamdulillah, the custody of the children is given to me and I am very grateful. But regardless, I will not restrict Aldi, we will still allow Aldi to meet the children in the future, the most important thing is what is best for the children," said Ririn Dwi Ariyanti.

5. Keep Striving for the Best for Children

Now, after officially divorcing Aldi Bragi, Ririn Dwi Ariyanti is ready to live her life on her own with her new status as a widow. "What's certain is that I feel relieved, after this decision we are no longer husband and wife. We can move on and live our own lives, but at the same time we still strive for the best for our children," Ririn concluded.
