DJ Una Absent Again in Divorce Hearing, Lawyer Seeks Mediation with Irsan Ramadhan

Kapanlagi.com - Artist Putri Una Astari Thamrin, also known as DJ Una, and Irsan Ramadhan have once again attended a divorce trial at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (21/10/2021). This time, both parties did not attend the hearing.

According to their legal representative, Dwi Yoss Pangestu, DJ Una actually intended to attend the hearing. However, the plan did not materialize due to other unavoidable commitments.

"There was another event, she actually wanted to come but it has passed, we were late, the schedule was at 9 o'clock but our trial started at a later time, but it's okay, it's normal," said Dwi Yoss when met at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (21/10/2021).

Irsan Ramadhan, as the defendant, has not attended the trial twice. Irsan has never even communicated or made any effort for mediation to resolve their marital conflict.

"Well, we don't know the reason why he hasn't come yet, that's why we want to mediate first," said Rwanda Satya, DJ Una's legal representative.

"Most likely (default judgment), if he doesn't come next week, it should be the judge's authority to decide the default judgment," added Dwi Yoss.

Although Una and Irsan did not attend the trial, the South Jakarta Religious Court will proceed with this case to the next stage. The trial will be held again next week with the agenda of witnesses from the plaintiff's side.

"Later (witnesses) from Una's family and people who know about her family, how their condition is," said Rwanda.

DJ Una filed for divorce at the South Jakarta Religious Court on October 4, 2021. Una and Irsan Ramadhan officially got married at Plataran Dharmawangsa, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta on July 9, 2017. From their marriage, they were blessed with a son named Kyrie Arnatama.
