DNA Test Results Revealed, Bareskrim Confirms Ridwan Kamil Is Not the Biological Father of Lisa Mariana's Child

The mystery of the relationship between the former Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil, and the child of model Lisa Mariana has finally found clarity. The Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim) of the Indonesian National Police officially announced the DNA test results stating that there is no genetic match between the man affectionately known as Kang Emil and the child with the initials CA.

This polemic began from a report filed by Ridwan Kamil on April 11, 2025, regarding allegations of defamation and the spread of false information through electronic media. Following up on this report, investigators from the Cyber Crime Directorate of Bareskrim Polri conducted a series of in-depth investigations.

"On this occasion, we will present the developments in the handling of the case regarding allegations of criminal acts of manipulating information or electronic documents and/or criminal acts of altering, adding, transmitting, or damaging information or electronic documents belonging to others," said the Head of Sub-Directorate I Cyber, Kombes Rizki Agung Prakoso, at a press conference at the National Police Headquarters in South Jakarta on Wednesday (20/8/2025).

The investigation into this case began from content uploaded on two Instagram accounts, namely @lisamarianaa_aa and @lisamariana_aofc, which mentioned a biological relationship between CA and Ridwan Kamil.

Based on the posts, the investigative team then summoned several witnesses for questioning. The man commonly referred to as Rizki explained that the chronology of this case began with the content on those social media accounts.

"The chronology of this case started from the content on two Instagram accounts, namely @lisamarianaa_aa and @lisamariana_aofc. Regarding the statement that the biological father of Ms. LM's child is Mr. RK," he said.

To obtain accurate scientific evidence, the investigators conducted DNA tests on the parties involved. Blood samples and buccal swabs were taken on August 7, 2025, from Ridwan Kamil, Lisa Mariana, and her child, CA. Kombes Rizki Agung Prakoso revealed that this process is a crucial part of the investigation.

"The investigative team along with the Pusdokkes Polri medical team has taken blood samples and buccal swabs from Mr. RK as the reporter, witness Ms. LM, and Ms. LM's child with the initials CA," he explained.

After undergoing analysis at the Polri Center for Medicine and Health (Pusdokkes), the awaited results have finally come out. Today, Wednesday, August 20, 2025, Pusdokkes Polri officially handed over the DNA examination results to the Bareskrim investigative team.

"The Pusdokkes Polri Lab Bureau has submitted the DNA examination results to the investigators, stating that Mr. RK and Ms. LM's child with the initials CA do not have matching DNA or are non-identical," emphasized Kombes Rizki.

With the release of this DNA test result, it is scientifically proven that Ridwan Kamil is not the biological father of the child born to Lisa Mariana.

The police will soon take further legal steps to provide legal certainty regarding this case. Kombes Rizki Agung Prakoso confirmed that the legal process will continue.

"Based on the results of the DNA test, the investigators will take further steps to provide legal certainty related to this matter," he concluded.
