Doddy Sudrajat Reveals Vanessa Angel's Scandal to the Public, Lawyer: Please Interpret It Yourself

Kapanlagi.com - Doddy Sudrajat brought two factual witnesses to the guardianship hearing over Gala Sky, held at the West Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday, March 9, 2022.

The two witnesses are Shintia and Ana Hasanah, people who have previously worked as assistants to Vanessa Angel.

1. Hoping to Convince the Judge

Doddy's lawyer, Tegar SH, hopes that with their testimony, they can convince the judge that Gala Sky is a child born out of wedlock and should be acknowledged as such by her mother according to Islamic teachings.

"Alhamdulillah (earlier) these witnesses explained the existing facts directly. So there is no fabrication or lies. (Their testimony) is about their work, the pregnancy, and the marriage (of Vanessa Angel)," said Tegar after the hearing.

2. Uncovering Old Stories

Tegar further stated that it is not a shame to uncover Vanessa Angel's old story while still within the confines of the closed trial.

"It's not a shame, it's a legal fact. Because all of the evidence must be proven through expert testimony, witnesses, and evidence, it must be correlated. If it's talked about outside of the trial, then it's shameful," said Tegar.

3. Revealing One's Own Shame

So, did Doddy Sudrajat's actions on the Uya Kuya Podcast not reveal his own child's shame? To this question, Tegar was momentarily stunned. Then he diplomatically answered.

"If it's on the podcast, it's up to your interpretation. That's it," he said before quickly leaving.

4. Obtaining Custody Rights

As it is known, in order to obtain custody rights for Gala, Doddy Sudrajat did not hesitate to reveal the old story of his late daughter Vanessa Angel with Bibi Andriansyah on the Uya Kuya Podcast.

Doddy said on the podcast that before marrying Bibi Andriansyah, Vanessa was already pregnant. Therefore, he had to approve of his daughter's marriage to Bibi.

Based on this, Doddy in his efforts to obtain custody rights for Gala Sky in court, tried to convince the judge that Gala Sky was a child born out of wedlock and should be under the custody of his mother according to Islamic teachings.
