In the midst of his feud with dr. Richard Lee, Doktif made a shocking confession. He admitted to having once hated and insulted Kartika Putri, a figure who also had a dispute with Richard Lee.
However, now Doktif realizes his mistake and has apologized directly to the wife of Habib Usman bin Yahya. Doktif revealed that his hatred towards Kartika Putri stemmed from the opinion framing created by Richard Lee.

Doktif feels influenced by the negative narrative spread by Richard Lee about Kartika Putri, thus joining in the condemnation. "So I have condemned him before because I was caught up in the framing of opinions done by Mr. DRL. How bad the name of a Karput was at that time, and one of those who condemned him was me," he said when met at the Polda Metro Jaya, South Jakarta, Thursday (19/2/2026).
The moment of the apology occurred when Doktif met directly with Kartika Putri. Doktif felt relieved because Kartika Putri welcomed him with open arms and forgave all his mistakes. In fact, Kartika Putri gave a gift in the form of clothing that Doktif was wearing at that time.
"Well, thank God Karput has forgiven Doktif. Thank you very much Teh Karput, she is an amazing person guys. And there is one thing that Teh Karput wants to convey: Anyone of you in Indonesian society who has ever condemned her, she has forgiven all of you," said Doktif.
Doktif praised the greatness of Kartika Putri's heart, who is willing to forgive everyone who has ever insulted her due to the influence of Richard Lee. He described Kartika Putri as an extraordinary person and not vengeful.
"Yes, in this blessed month, Kartika Putri has forgiven all the Indonesian people who have ever been swayed by the opinions and framing of one DRL," he added.
Doktif also emphasized that Kartika Putri is not the "sweet" person that has been alleged all this time. According to him, Kartika Putri is a forgiving and wise person in addressing issues.
"No, but what is clear is that Teh Karput is not the kind of person who is described as sweet or anything like that, not at all. She is someone who says 'I have forgiven you, Doctor, I forgive you, DRL, I forgive the society that has insulted me,'" explained Doktif.
