Dorce Asks for a Job as a Driver, Raffi Ahmad Initially Thought It Was Just a Joke

In a video uploaded on Instagram, Dorce said that she really wants to work for Raffi for a week or maybe forever. The artist, who is commonly called Bunda Dorce, also intends to give Raffi a kiswa or a cover cloth for the Kaaba.

In the video, Bunda Dorce said that she had expressed her desire to Raffi directly. But the father of one child said that he hasn't responded yet and seems to think that what Bunda Dorce said was not serious.

When met at Studio 41, South Jakarta, Monday (8/6/2020), Raffi was asked about what was conveyed by Bunda Dorce. The husband of Nagita Slavina admitted that there had indeed been communication between them.

"Yes, I have communicated with Bunda, but it was only communication. I also don't know, I thought Bunda was joking or something. We don't know. Initially, it was just chatting with Bunda. Usually, we sometimes chat like that," said Raffi.

What Dorce conveyed had made him considered as seeking attention, although he denied it. Raffi himself admitted that he didn't know for sure why Dorce asked to be his driver.

"Well, we'll make an appointment to meet. Yesterday, I thought it was just joking, how would I know it became news like that," said Raffi.

Raffi then admitted that he and Dorce hadn't seen each other for a long time. That's why he was surprised when there were many reports about this. Raffi intends to meet with his senior in the entertainment world.

"But when it comes to financial matters, it's not our domain. The important thing is that I, with my friends, whoever it is, whatever we can help, we will definitely help. Bunda Dorce is a good person too, because when I need something, she always supports me," he concluded.
