Kapanlagi.com - The Jakarta Metropolitan Police investigators are still continuing the report by artist Kartika Putri against Dr. Richard Lee. Currently, the police have named the cosmetic surgeon as a suspect.
The news was conveyed by Razman Arif Nasution, who previously served as the doctor's legal counsel.
"When I was on Umrah, I received the news. Alhamdulillah, the Jakarta Metropolitan Police investigators have explained in detail and in the investigative report that the case is ongoing," said Razman in the Kuningan area of Jakarta on Saturday (2/4/2022).

Therefore, Razman said, Richard Lee now has to face two different matters.
"Now his status is a suspect in two different cases. One is for illegal access and the other is for suspect status (report) by Kartika Putri," said Razman.
The case files that ensnare Richard Lee, according to Razman, have now been sent by investigators to the High Prosecutor's Office in DKI and the Attorney General's Office.
"Both are now in progress and have been sent to the High Prosecutor's Office in DKI and the Attorney General's Office," he said.
As is known, Kartika Putri reported Richard Lee in December 2020 for alleged defamation. After that, Richard was implicated in an illegal access issue and designated as a suspect on August 11, 2021.
Richard is suspected of stealing data by illegally accessing his personal social media account, which has been seized by investigators from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations of the Jakarta Metro Police.
However, Richard's social media account is currently being used as evidence in the defamation case reported by Kartika Putri.
Richard Lee was detained in connection with the Illegal Access case on December 27, 2021. Two days later, the police released Richard because he applied for a suspension of detention.
