Kapanlagi.com - Nikita Mirzani is back in court for the alleged assault against Dipo Latief at the South Jakarta District Court. After the reading of the indictment by the Public Prosecutor last Monday, today's agenda (2/3/2020) is the reading of the exception or objection.
To the media, Nikita said that she wrote the objection herself. It consists of nine pages that will be read in front of the prosecutor.
"Niki prepared the writing to be read in front of the prosecutor, it's nine pages. And those are important points that need to be conveyed so that the judge understands," said Nikita.

Nikita Mirzani said that she was very careful when writing the objection. She even concentrated fully to prevent her tears from flowing.
"I wrote it myself, it didn't take long but I needed concentration to hold back the tears," she added.
As previously known, Nikita Mirzani has been named a suspect in the alleged assault against her ex-husband. She was sentenced to a maximum of two years in prison.
This mother of three was forcibly taken by the police and held at the South Jakarta Metro Police Station for several days once her case files were complete. However, her detention was later suspended and Nikita became a city detainee.
