When attending the Pagi Pagi Ambyar show, Elly talked about her children who are angry with her.

"Maybe my children are upset because I keep getting younger boyfriends," said Elly.

When asked why she chose a younger boyfriend, Elly couldn't answer. For her, age is just a number.

"I don't understand. Love is just a number for me, anyone can have love for anyone, whether old or young, it's our right," she said.

However, she admitted that her decision to marry a younger man backfired on her. Her child became upset with her.

"There is no good lesson. It has become a boomerang for me and my children. My children have become resentful and upset," said Elly.

"I have the right to be happy with the man I love and care for. When Ulfi's birthday came, he wrote a status saying he wanted to move houses so that no one would come. I was blocked on WhatsApp and Instagram. The last communication was during Eid. He said that I disappointed him, 'choosing the man that mama loves instead of me,'" she concluded.
