Emotional Moment of Asila Maisa During Her Father's Inauguration as Deputy Regent of Cianjur

"I am very happy because it is one of my father's dreams to enter politics," said Asila when met in the area of Jalan Kapten Tendean, Mampang, South Jakarta, Friday (21/2/2025). 

Ramzi's journey into the political world was not instant. According to Asila, the offer to enter this realm was received by her father since 2014. However, Ramzi chose to wait for the right time before finally deciding to run in 2025.

"Abi has actually been offered many times since 2014, but Abi felt he wanted to mature all his abilities in politics first. Then finally he really jumped in during this 2025 period," he explained.  

The inauguration was a moment that the family eagerly awaited. Asila and her mother even attended directly in Cianjur to give full support to Ramzi.

"My family and I also accompanied him. My mother and I went to Cianjur as well. We just got back earlier, in the middle of the night. Abi is still there, there is a meeting," Asila said. 

Although the inauguration went smoothly, a few days before it was colored by feelings of nervousness. However, as the event approached, the atmosphere changed to one full of joy.   “A few hours before heading to the new palace, I felt a bit anxious. But my mother and I were able to calm down," she added.

As a public figure who is now also serving in the government, Ramzi will spend more of his time in Cianjur. Asila admits that she has gotten used to her father's busyness, although the situation is a bit different now.

"For someone who has never filmed, I am actually used to being left behind, not together like this. But surely because now Abi's job is different, and now in a different city, there must be something different," said Asila.

Asila hopes Ramzi can carry out his new duties well. She is optimistic that her father can be a trustworthy leader and bring change to Cianjur Regency.   "The regent is Dr. Wahyu, working hard for you all, and basically for Cianjur to become even better than it already is," concluded Asila.
