Rien Wartia Trigina, or more commonly known as Erin Wartia, returned to the South Jakarta Metro Police to pursue legal action on Friday (8/5/2026). Her presence this time aimed to report an alleged violation of privacy that occurred at her private residence.
Accompanied by her attorney, Sunan Kalijaga, this former wife of Andre Taulany feels that the actions of the reported party can no longer be tolerated as they concern her family's safety.
Erin's party feels very disturbed by the actions of the individual who allegedly spread sensitive information regarding her home environment to the public. According to Sunan, this legal step is taken because what the reported party has done is beyond the bounds of reasonableness as a worker.
"Our intention and purpose as the legal team for Ms. Erin todayis to come to the South Jakarta Police to report someone we suspect has gone far beyond reasonable limits," said Sunan Kalijagawhen met at the South Jakarta Police, on Friday (08/05/2026).
Sunan explained that the content being disseminated includes very private areas, ranging from personal data to conditions inside the home. This raises significant concerns for Erin, considering that home is supposed to bethe safest place for her and her children."Conducting or disseminating personal areas, personal data, and personal environments. Hence, it makes our client Ms. Erin feel worried," he said.
This dispute is a continuation of Erin's conflict with her former house assistant (ART) named Herawati. Erin accused that during her employment, Herawati often secretly recorded corners of her house for social media content.
Not only that, Herawati is also suspected of using Erin's children's clothes without permission. "In this report, as well as when we face their report, we will not make any efforts for reconciliation," she said.
In addition to providing a deterrent effect, this police report is expected to uncover the real motive behind the spread of that content. Sunan suspects that there may be other parties deliberately crafting a scenario to corner his client in this matter.
"Because we want this to be truly resolved until we know who is behind all this scenario," he concluded.
