The tension between Erin Taulany and her former housekeeper, Hera, reveals new facts about the assistant's behavior while working. Erin disclosed that Hera frequently violated house rules, one of which was smoking in enclosed spaces.

The no smoking rule was actually emphasized from the beginning of Hera's employment. This is because Erin and her children do not smoke, so they are very concerned about maintaining the air quality inside the house for health reasons.

However, the CCTV footage shows a different story. Hera was caught on camera happily smoking in the kitchen area, which is part of the house, even though she had already received a direct warning from her employer.

"There is, there is evidence of it all here. She did, she smoked in my kitchen, in my house. Inside the house, it is very disturbing to health, especially for the children, my children. None of my helpers have ever smoked in this house," said Erin when met in Senayan, Monday (18/05/2026).

According to Erin, this behavior had started as soon as Hera set foot in her residence. In fact, Erin had given a strong warning that there were no exceptions for anyone to smoke in that house.

"That's enough (I have reprimanded). I've already done it for 3 days... No, I firmly say, no one is allowed to smoke here in my house. Since, since the beginning when he started working in my house," said Erin.

Erin's attorney, Sunan Kalijaga, explained that the violation of house rules is one of the reasons for the employer's dissatisfaction with the performance of the housekeeper. Hera's lack of discipline was the initial trigger for why Erin wanted to look for a new assistant.

"That means it's also one of the reasons why, you know, Mrs. Erin is not pleased, right? There are so many of her behaviors that are impolite, not suitable for someone living in my house," said Sunan.

In addition to the smoking issue, Erin also mentioned other inappropriate behaviors that were clearly recorded. Erin's side regrets the attitude of the household assistant who chose to report her employer with allegations of abuse at a time when she herself often committed violations."What you have done at home should be truthful about your behavior.
