Evan Haydar is a young man from Gresik who was often labeled as a troublemaker and underachiever in school. Nevertheless, he has proven that such stigma is not a limitation for his future.

Evan now works as a professional in the Human Resources (HR) division of the global technology and automotive company, Tesla. When he first arrived in Germany, Evan had not been accepted into college. He decided to take on various jobs, one of which was working in a pharmaceutical factory.

His low academic grades made him worry that he would not be accepted into his favorite public university in Indonesia, until he finally decided to pursue his education abroad, specifically in Germany.

Evan had moments of doubt and despair about his future. However, thanks to hard work and his parents' support, Evan departed for Germany.

In an Instagram post by Kobi Education, Evan participated in German language classes. His father even borrowed money to be able to send Evan to Germany.

Evan has been in Germany for 9 years. He has gone through the ups and downs of life abroad and being far from his parents.

Evan completed his Bachelor's degree at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin in 2022. He majored in International Business while working part-time

Working at Tesla since 2024 to present. Previously, he started his work experience as an Administrative Assistant at Samsung NEXT from 2019 to 2021
