The investigation team from Unit 5 Subdit IV Tipidsiber Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya successfully apprehended two perpetrators of the distribution of the hot video allegedly featuring AD, the daughter of musician David Bayu aka David Naif.
To ensure the case remains intact, AD was then scheduled to undergo questioning as a witness.
On Wednesday afternoon (7/8/2024), AD finally underwent the Minutes of Examination (BAP) accompanied by David and legal counsel Sandy Arifin.
During the examination lasting about three hours, AD answered twenty-nine questions in detail.
Based on the Minutes of Examination (BAP), AD admitted that the woman in the explicit video circulating on social media is indeed herself. This was acknowledged while in a conscious state.
"From the results of the follow-up examination of witness AD, witness AD admitted that the woman in the video is herself," said Kombes Pol Ade Safri Simanjuntak as quoted by KapanLagi.com from a written statement.
After admitting that the woman in the hot video is herself, AD also submitted several documents to the investigators.
From there, the investigators will analyze the allegations of other criminal acts.
"During the examination of witness AD, witness AD also submitted several documents to the investigators and an analysis will be conducted by the investigative team regarding the alleged criminal acts that occurred," explained Kombes Pol Ade Safri Simanjuntak.
"From the testimony of witness AD, the investigators obtained several new pieces of information that will be further explored by the investigators for the development of the investigation results in handling this case," concluded Kombes Pol Ade Safri Simanjuntak.
