Eza Gionino Annoyed Accused of Fraud and Embezzlement, Here's What Will Be Done

Kapanlagi.com - Eza Gionino is annoyed by Qory Supiandi, a seller of arowana fish who once made death threats to his family. This is because Qory has reported him to the police for fraud and embezzlement.

Eza, who feels that he did not do what Qory accused him of, is ready to face the legal process. However, because he is already annoyed, he plans to revoke the peace agreement he made with Qory some time ago.

"With this report, I will withdraw my statement that I have forgiven him (Qory). Whereas, with my statement of forgiveness, it should have lightened his case in court," said Eza in Jakarta, Tuesday (14/1).

Meanwhile, Eza's lawyer, Henry Indraguna, suspects that Qory reported Eza to scare his client into withdrawing the report at the Bogor Police Station. As it is known, Eza reported Qory on Saturday (16/11/2019) at the Bogor Police Station for alleged death threats.

2. Will Not Withdraw the Report

"This report seems to be intended to scare Eza and make him withdraw the report. Eza has already stated that he will never withdraw this report. In fact, Eza wants to withdraw the mediation minutes from yesterday. If that's the case, there will be no more apologies from Eza. Whereas the mediation minutes could have lightened Qory's case in court," said Henry Indraguna.

According to Henry, Qory is currently still detained at the Bogor Police Station for the report made by Eza. Qory must be held accountable for his actions of making death threats against Eza's family.
