Eza Gionino Asks Netizens Not to Mention the Name of the Deceased Mother Amid Divorce Proceedings

The application was submitted after undergoing the first divorce hearing at the Cibinong Religious Court, Bogor Regency, on Monday (22/9/2025). Eza appeared deeply affected but still tried to protect the woman who has given him three children.

"It's up to people out there to say whatever they want, just don't insult my wife, I beg you, and don't bring up my late mother," Eza pleaded with a trembling voice.

As is known, Eza's late mother had previously not given her blessing for Eza Gionino's relationship with Meiza Aulia. Ruchaiyah binti Ibrahim Musa herself passed away on March 9, 2025, in Malang, East Java. 

Although now on the brink of separation, Eza admitted to greatly appreciating Meiza. For him, seven years of marriage is not a short time, and he knows his wife inside and out.

"I know my wife well, I can say thank you for 7 years. From the outside, I am sure it is different from the inside. Everything is different," he said.

He does not want anyone to worsen the situation by spreading hate speech. According to him, this issue occurred purely due to internal mistakes and not caused by external factors.

"I don't want to say anything or make any statements that could corner anyone here. Especially since I greatly respect my wife, I greatly respect her family; her family is my family forever," said Eza.

As a human being, Eza realizes that he is far from perfect and has many shortcomings. Therefore, he hopes for the best prayers for his family so they can get through this trial.

"I, as a human, am far from perfect, I have many sins, I have many hopes, I have many dreams. So I sincerely ask my friends to pray for us, for my children," he concluded.
