Failed Mediation! Lulu Tobing Revealed Only Wants Divorce and Doesn't Want Gono Gini's Assets

Kapanlagi.com - The latest development comes from the divorce lawsuit filed by Lulu Tobing against her husband named Bani Maulana Mulia. The mediation agenda hearings on November 2 and 16, 2023, ended in failure.

Both Lulu as the plaintiff and Bani as the defendant agreed to separate. So the trial continued by listening to the defendant's response, which was done online on Thursday (11/23/2023).

"The mediation was not successful. We have tried to maintain it but failed," said Jajat Sudrajat, the Public Relations Officer of the Central Jakarta Religious Court, when interviewed by the media in his office.

The series of hearings will take place every week until the evidence hearing scheduled for December 11, 2023. It is not yet certain whether Lulu Tobing and Bani Maulana Mulia will be present. If not, they will be represented by their respective legal representatives.

"Whether the principal or their representatives will be present, we will see," added Jajat Sudrajat.

2. Only Wants Divorce

Regarding the reasons why Lulu Tobing filed for divorce, the Central Jakarta Religious Court refused to disclose it because it is part of the core issue. However, it is certain that Lulu only wants a divorce.

"The reasons for the divorce are part of the core issue, we will see it in the final verdict. (Lulu's desire) is only for divorce, not including assets," said Jajat Sudrajat.
