This is what Farida Nurhan's recently sold apartment looks like. The apartment unit, purchased in 2015, has never been occupied, so it looks brand new.
Having 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, this apartment unit is sold for Rp 700 million along with all the furniture inside.
To her followers, the woman known as Omay admitted to buying the apartment for Rp 680 million, plus renovation and furniture with a total of Rp 70 million.
Although she had to sell it at a loss, Farida didn't mind. "I've wanted to sell it for a long time but it hasn't sold yet, even though I've lowered the price like a pillow. It's okay to incur a loss as long as it's sold, just 700 million," she wrote.
This brand new apartment unit is located in Bassura City Apartment and has caught the attention of her followers and fans.
Not just one, previously Farida also uploaded photos of other apartment units for sale at a cheaper price, and still located in Bassura City Apartments.
Unlike the brand new unit, this apartment is sold for Rp 450 million, already fully furnished. Omay mentioned that this unit was rented once, only for 5 months.
