"This is the reason why Omay never feels lonely even though she has chosen to live alone for so long. Even though we no longer live under the same roof with my only child, we always chat from morning, noon, evening until before bed, no matter how busy or tired we are, we always chat, meeting once or twice a week is already a blessing," wrote Farida Nurhan in an IG post on Thursday (15/1).
"Because we are indeed busy with our own worlds, but keeping in touch in any way with our own flesh and blood every day is SPECIAL, the fatigue instantly disappears when I read a message from my child, even though it's not funny sometimes I just feel like smiling when reading my child's messages, my body feels like it's been boosted," she continued.
Farida Nurhan is also very close with her grandchild, and they often spend time together. This family is indeed very harmonious.
"As parents, don't complain too much, it's okay to vent sometimes if you can't hold it in anymore, or excessively share your feelings, children do not have the responsibility to make their parents happy," explained Omay.
"But a good relationship between parents and children will automatically make the child feel melted, respect, and love their parents very much," she concluded.
