Feeling Shocked, AD Continues Examination as a Witness Regarding the Spread of a Scandalous Video Similar to Himself on Social Media

This comes after the police arrested two suspects who spread a scandalous video resembling him on social media.

Yesterday, AD attended the summons for questioning accompanied by David and Sandy Arifin as legal representatives. However, after five questions were posed, AD requested to postpone the examination due to being in shock.

1. Ready to Continue the Examination

The examination of AD as a witness continued on Wednesday afternoon (7/8/2024). The woman arrived accompanied by David Bayu. Sandy Arifin stated that AD is ready to answer the questions posed by the investigators.

"Because it was previously postponed due to health reasons, but thankfully our client is now ready to undergo the examination. Essentially, we are ready to continue the examination from yesterday," said Sandy when met at the Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya.

2. Possibility of Speaking After the BAP

Until undergoing examination as a witness, AD has not provided clarification regarding the circulating video. Sandy Arifin, as the legal counsel, revealed the possibility that her client will speak after the BAP.

"Maybe for more clarity, you can just ask the investigators. Because we just received the power of attorney, so we might explain after the BAP," concluded Sandy.
