Ferdy Hasan Reveals His Son Has Autism, Was Bullied and Now Dependent on Anti-Depression Medication

After some investigation, it turns out that Ferdy's second child, Fasha, has been suffering from autism since childhood. And Fasha's high school years were described as filled with unpleasant experiences.

"Fasha used to be bullied when entering adolescence. Starting something new in a new school is not easy for everyone, especially for someone with autism. His friends couldn't understand Fasha. 2. Transformed from Cheerful to Gloomy

During his high school years, Fasha was often bullied and ostracized by his friends. It can't be denied that this suddenly caused Fasha to show a change in character.

"Kids can be brutal. Fasha was teased, looked at with disgust, and then avoided by his friends, and he didn't understand why. In 4 months, Fasha transformed from a cheerful person who always hugged and smiled at everyone to someone who is always sad and angry," the post continues.

3. Dependent on Anti-Depressant Medication

Fasha herself often experiences depression due to the treatment of her friends. One thing to regret, Ferdy and his wife realized it late.

"When her parents and teachers started to realize the change, it was already too late. She now has to rely on anti-depressant medication and she may have to continue taking it throughout her life," he explained.

But in the end, Fasha managed to finish her school. Even reflecting on her experience, she has started to show a stronger and more resilient attitude in facing other people's negative opinions.

"But despite all that, she keeps going. Thanks to her school and a very supportive environment. Although she still frequently experiences panic attacks or fluctuating moods, she starts to feel better every day. Fasha herself is committed to personal growth every day. The mockery and judgment? It doesn't affect her. She is a survivor," concludes the article.
