Titi DJ's Heart Feels Like It's Going to Be Ripped When Her Daughter is Trapped in America Amid the Covid-19 Pandemic

Kapanlagi.com - Titi DJ's youngest daughter, Stephanie Poetri, has now pursued her own career as a popular solo singer. She has joined an American label called 88Rising. It's no wonder that the singer of I Love You 3000 often flies to Uncle Sam's country for work.

A while ago, before the coronavirus outbreak happened, Stephanie also had the opportunity to go to America. However, upon arriving there, her work had to be postponed because Covid-19 started to go crazy. The 19-year-old girl even had to be trapped in America for 5 days before she could return to Indonesia.

Upon hearing the news, Titi DJ was extremely worried. She shared her story as a guest on one of Luna Maya's recent YouTube videos.

"During the 5 days she was in LA, my heart, Luna, had already sunk, my blood had all gone down to my feet because I imagined her being alone there, my youngest daughter, only 19 years old, in her apartment," Titi DJ recalled.

1. Staying Up All Night to Accompany My Child from Afar

In addition to being alone, Stephanie also had difficulty getting daily necessities at the supermarket, considering that at that time Americans had started to panic and hoard all the groceries. Titi DJ was extremely worried.

"During those 5 days, we kept communicating, even though the time difference was reversed. So, I stayed up all night to contact her," she continued.

2. Positive Values Taken by Titi DJ from the Covid-19 Pandemic

Fortunately, Stephanie was finally able to return to Indonesia safely. And after that, Titi DJ and her children chose to follow the government's advice by self-quarantining at home. Despite being saddened by the current situation, there is one positive thing she took from it.

"This situation is like a blessing in disguise. It means that with this, we are all at home and our relationship becomes closer, even though they are at home every day. It's just that they become closer because suddenly there are things we want to do together, like cooking together. They have become more mature, inviting their mom to exercise, sunbathe, play games, everything together," concluded the diva.
