Finally Released in Theaters, Harris Vriza Admits to Nostalgia After Watching the Film 'DEALOVA (2024)'

Kapanlagi.com - The film DEALOVA (2024): A SPORTY REBOOT finally premiered in theaters across Indonesia on Thursday, February 22, 2024. Directed by Ray Nayoan, this film is a spin-off of the previous film with the same title in 2005.

When met at Epicentrum XXI, Kuningan, South Jakarta, on Wednesday night (2/21), director Ray Nayoan recalled the moments he went through during the process of making the film DEALOVA (2024). Seeing the seriousness of the actors who were required to be skilled in playing basketball, Ray is confident that DEALOVA (2024) will replicate the success of the previous film.

"Honestly, when it comes to training, they were very competitive. Sometimes it seemed like they were about to fight. When I saw them play and it was already good, especially her (Vania), who is a former athlete, she even cried," said Ray Nayoan.

1. Feeling Nostalgic

Meanwhile, Harris Vriza, who is one of the male actors in the movie DEALOVA (2024), feels nostalgic after watching this film in its entirety.

"I remember my youth, hahaha. This (shooting) was four years ago, and coincidentally (now) there have been many changes in my body," said Harris Vriza.

"The same goes for the stories earlier, from this scene to the next scene. In that scene, I was like 'oh this', 'this one', so it all came back to me," he continued.

When asked further, Harris admitted to being satisfied with the movie DEALOVA (2024). Of course, he hopes that this film will be well received by the Indonesian community.

"And I am very satisfied with this film. Hopefully, it can also be accepted by the Indonesian community," he said.
