For Kiki, acting in a long series is a new and challenging experience. He admits that he has to maintain the stamina and emotional consistency of his character over a long period, unlike the short films or series he usually does.

"Maybe what makes this different is how long it is. In the sense that my series usually only goes up to 8 episodes. This requires maintaining endurance for months with a family drama like this, for me, it becomes a challenge in itself," said Kiki Narendra at a press conference in South Jakarta.

2. Kiki Narendra Wants to Give His Best

Although it is tough, Kiki feels challenged to give his best. He wants to prove that the quality of his acting remains intact even in a different format of presentation. For him, every piece of art has its own level of difficulty that must be appreciated.

"Creating any work is never easy; the easy part is just the comments. But our responsibility as actors, crew, and producers is the same: to want to give the best for the audience," he asserted.

In this series, Kiki acts alongside a lineup of young stars such as Arbani Yasiz, Nabila Zavira, and Miqdad Addausy. The presence of Nabila Zavira as Zahra, the adopted child who is the most loyal in caring for Santoso, becomes a balance to the conflicts that arise.

Nabila Zavira herself admits to being very enthusiastic about working on a project with an actor of Kiki Narendra's caliber. She feels she learns a lot from the experiences and professionalism of the senior cast members on set.

"Especially meeting new cast members, it was my first time shooting with Kak Arbani, Mas Kiki, and others. I learned a lot here, especially many new things from these casts," said Nabila.

4. About the Family Series That Is Not Longed For

The series THE FAMILY THAT IS NOT LONGED FOR raises the theme of family irony, where one parent can raise ten children, but ten children may not necessarily be able to care for one parent. This touching story is set to greet viewers starting Friday, February 13, 2026.
