In a remote village in West Java, there lives a beautiful girl named Gia (Cut Syifa) who is always shunned by her father, stepbrother, and the villagers because she is believed to bring bad luck since birth.
Her mother died while giving birth to Gia, and their village also experienced a devastating flood that caused many casualties on the night of her birth.
Even her stepmother died in an accident while trying to save Gia. Only her grandmother, Nenek Tara, continues to love and protect Gia.
A successful young businessman named Aslam (Mischa Chandrawinata) is said to be cursed by the Evil Eye since birth. However, this is actually the evil plan of Hamizah, the lover of Aslam's biological father, Altan.
Hamizah seeks revenge because Altan did not acknowledge the baby she was carrying, prioritizing his legitimate wife's baby, Afifah. Hamizah switched her baby with Afifah's baby, making Aslam actually the child of Altan and Afifah.
Meanwhile, Makas, who was raised by Altan and Afifah, is actually the child of Hamizah and Altan. Hamizah gave Aslam to Rehman and Lestari, who raised him as their own with love and care.
