"I really love sports, if my close friends who know me will definitely say that I am more than just an athlete in sports," he said.
"Currently, I really enjoy running. Running is like a necessity for me, like how people need to eat and drink. In a week, I make time to run if I'm not tired and have enough rest, about 2 or 3 times," he continued.
In addition, for Hedi Yunus, exercising not only brings physical health but also mental and physical well-being, making him look youthful.
"Running makes me happy and it feels great after sweating from running, that's what makes us happy and also to maintain stamina," he said.
