Instagram celebrity Fujianti Utami, also known as Fuji, visited the South Jakarta Metro Police to follow up on the embezzlement case involving her former admin on Tuesday (26/5/2026).
Recent news reports that the perpetrator has now officially been named a suspect by the police. Although the legal process is proceeding as hoped, Fuji cannot hide her heartbreak.
When in the same building, he was even reluctant to cross paths directlywith the person who had betrayed his trust.
"I should feel relieved, right, because he has become a suspect starting today. But when I saw him earlier, since I didn't know he was here, it felt really frustrating. Like I'm not ready to accept it yet," said Fuji when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Tuesday (26/5/2026).
Fuji's frustration peaked because she felt the suspect's actions were very excessive. For her, this is not just about the amount of money that went missing, but about the ethics and trust that have been broken. "This is not just about the money, but all the actions he took against me, I just feel that I can't accept being treated like that," said Fuji.
When seeing the suspect from a distance, Fuji stated that her former employee could only bow his head sadly. Fuji also emphasized that she has closed the door to communication and does not want to talk to the suspect anymore."I saw him from afar, and it seemed like he was just looking down. I feel like I don't want to talk either, I don't want to," Fuji asserted.
When asked about a message for the suspect, the sister-in-law of the late Vanessa Angel requested that the perpetrator truly repent. She hopes this incident serves as a lesson so that there are no more victims in the future."Just repent, repent from deviations and from taking money, laptops... just repent. Don't do it again, that's enough," she said.
Lastly, Fuji urged the police to immediately detain the suspect. He wants a real deterrent effect so that the suspect can be held accountable for all his actions legally.
"Detain him, so it's even. So he won't run away, so he will regret it, so he won't harm others again," concluded Fuji.
