There is one habit that Ririn Ekawati does every time she visits her daughter, Jasmine Abeng in the United States. As soon as she arrives at the apartment where Jasmine lives in San Francisco, Ririn always immediately cleans up.

Although her daughter's apartment is already neat and clean, Ririn always tidies up things that she thinks need fixing. From mopping to washing dishes, Ririn does this at her eldest daughter's home.

Ririn shared her activities while in the United States. Instead of touring around San Francisco, what Ririn did as soon as she arrived in the city was clean Jasmine's apartment.

In addition to sweeping and mopping, Ririn also did laundry. She mentioned that cleaning the house has become her routine every time she visits her daughter in America.

This is what Jasmine's kitchen looks like in San Francisco. It is quite spacious and airy, equipped with modern appliances including a stove, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher.

"Basically, going out is just for coffee. The first day is for cleaning. What the child thinks is clean might not necessarily be what the mother thinks is clean," said Ririn in her latest content on Instagram.

"So, yeah, this is how it is when visiting a child who is studying. It seems like most mothers whose children study abroad, when they visit their apartments, they definitely clean up. I'm sure many can relate to this," she said.

"The fridge is all organized. The cabinets. This is the dish cabinet, her snacks. Like this lid (showing a pot lid) has been washed maybe 2-3 times. It still has some oil on it, you know, I don't like that. I keep washing it over and over," explained Ririn.
